Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum software with next-gen processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams on quantum security and cryptography initiatives
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and tools
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Q#, ProjectQ)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing skills
