Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication protocols
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Contribute to quantum hardware optimization through error mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in at least two quantum computing architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
