Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of developing quantum error correction protocols
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants or corporate R&D partnerships
