Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 5 first-author papers)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Q# programming language
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
