Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum machine learning or cryptography
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with HPC optimization skills
