Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Lead cross-functional projects with AI and blockchain divisions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or variational algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated experience with superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
