Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems and post-quantum security protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction algorithms at scale
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration in machine learning pipelines
- Create system documentation and quantum computing security frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum physics principles and system design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in distributed systems architecture with cloud-native technologies
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or Azure Quantum
