Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol optimization for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define superconducting/qubit specifications
- Create quantum simulation benchmarks for pharmaceutical/materials science use cases
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum systems engineering
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum systems or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
