Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions integrating seamlessly with classical AI pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the physical implementation of superconducting qubit arrays and advanced error correction protocols.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize qubit coherence times and minimize noise interference in high-temperature environments.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for our quantum roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-generation quantum algorithms for real-world applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in high-performance computing, quantum computing research, or advanced algorithm development.
- Deep expertise in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from concept through to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
