Responsibilities

- Create predictive behavioral models for 2030 user ecosystems
- Develop ethical frameworks for neuro-technology adoption
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years UX research with neurotechnology or quantum interfaces
- PhD in Cognitive Science or Human-Computer Interaction
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG integration for UX validation
- Published research on human-AI collaboration dynamics
- Proficiency in Python and quantum computing visualization tools
- Experience leading global research teams (min 5 direct reports)
- Certification in Neural Interface Ethics (NIE-2026)
