Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neural-interface user experiments using fNIRS and EEG technologies
- Develop predictive cognitive models for 2026-era interaction patterns
- Create biometric-driven UX frameworks for AR/VR environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops on subconscious design principles
- Quantify emotional resonance through real-time neural response analysis
- Document findings in our proprietary NeuroDesign Language (NDL)
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging neuro-UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years experience with neural interface research tools (EEG, fNIRS, eye-tracking)
- Portfolio demonstrating biometric-driven UX projects
- Expertise in predictive modeling for human behavior
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on cognitive UX
- Proficiency in Python for neural data analysis (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of 2026-era tech landscape (quantum computing, neural lace)
