You'll lead a cross-disciplinary team of neuro-designers and interface architects to prototype next-generation interfaces. Our work impacts sectors from healthcare to space exploration, with projects including neural-linked design systems and empathetic AI companions.
Responsibilities
- Design quantum-optimized user experiences for AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Develop predictive UX models using biometric and behavioral data
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping holographic interaction systems
- Create empathy-driven AI companion protocols with ethical guardrails
- Research cognitive load patterns in mixed-reality environments
- Implement neuro-feedback loops for adaptive interfaces
- Document quantum UX frameworks for patent applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in UX design with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in cognitive psychology and human-computer interaction
- Proficiency in AR/VR development tools (Unity/Unreal)
- Published research in neuro-design or quantum interfaces
- Experience with biometric data integration (EEG, fNIRS)
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ quantum UX prototypes
- PhD or Master's in Cognitive Science/HCI preferred
