Responsibilities
- Delage critical patient assessments and interventions in high-acuity emergency settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document clinical accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Epic EHR proficiency preferred
