Responsibilities
- Delage acute and critical patient care in fast-paced emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic test results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Participate in trauma resuscitations and code responses
Qualifications
- Current IL RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years ER experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
- Electronic Health Records proficiency (EPIC experience preferred)
- Valid CPR certification
