Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic imaging
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (new graduates welcome)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
