Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patient vitals using advanced monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations
Qualifications
- Current California RN license required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years ICU experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
