Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document EHR records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health management plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active IL RN license (BSN preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience in hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to manage high-acuity cases
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for travel)
