Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict attention to accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
