Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale system.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Restock shelves and inventory to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets.
- Operate store equipment, including registers and safety devices.
- Handle cash handling and manage returns or exchanges per company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for full-time positions.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology.
