Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness standards
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
- Adhere to all safety policies and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Memphis residency preferred
