Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to maintain brand-standard store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on new collections
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-store support
