Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates on store policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand reputation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
