Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations and needs-based recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Process customer returns/exchanges while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, smartphones)
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
