About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver, CO location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
