Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure products are presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Restock inventory shelves and assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about retail.
