Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and trend awareness
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized presentation of merchandise
- Participate in team restocking and daily operational tasks
- Support special events and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (no prior experience required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
