Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Uphold brand standards in customer interactions and store appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid CA driver's license (if transporting inventory)
