Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, providing product recommendations and guidance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked and prices are current.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
