Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon entry to the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Operate store equipment and ensure the security of the premises.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
