Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with a focus on resolution.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
