Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Merchandise products according to visual standards to maintain an organized and attractive store layout.
- Stock shelves and inventory areas to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
