Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise and promotions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory displays are appealing and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- A friendly, outgoing attitude and a willingness to learn.
