Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their shopping needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize store merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and store maintenance as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
