- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash duties with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and seasonal transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and price verification.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
