Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to achieve daily sales goals.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and secure daily sales deposits.
- Train new hires on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
