Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly targets
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 retail associates through performance coaching
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and corporate teams for promotions and new product launches
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Retail Pro)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
