Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with proven sales track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expertise in inventory control and loss prevention
- Proficient in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer conflict resolution
- Valid California driver's license (required for vendor meetings)
