Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ retail staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to maximize product appeal and sales
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage
- Implement customer service protocols to ensure 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries and promotions
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and team development
- Expertise in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
