Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency trauma situations
- Administer medications and treatment plans per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and medical histories accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Assist in emergency procedures and critical care interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
