Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store visual standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Participate in inventory management and merchandising activities
- Train on new products and company policies regularly
- Provide feedback to improve store operations and customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for potential store transfers)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
