Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, including AI and Quantum integration.
- Technical Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Code Review & Optimization: Oversee complex codebases, conduct rigorous code reviews, and optimize performance to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, long-term architectural challenges.
