Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 initiative, translating business goals into scalable, robust technical roadmaps.
- System Design & Innovation: Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant systems that leverage emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Serverless).
- Roadmap Governance: Oversee the execution of the 2026 technical milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing new technologies and driving digital transformation within a large-scale organization.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
