Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven infrastructure, edge computing, and quantum-readiness preparation.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems, ensuring zero downtime, maximum data integrity, and seamless scalability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish best practices for security, performance, and future-proofing.
- Identify potential risks in long-term infrastructure planning and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Act as a technical mentor, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical project management.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations or defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and the ability to integrate generative AI into existing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
