Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement robust, scalable technical solutions that leverage emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to drive project success.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define best practices for code quality, system performance, and security.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and future-tech stacks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
