- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision and architecture planning for the '2026' strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Integration & Optimization: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) into legacy infrastructure to drive efficiency and performance.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring 99.99% uptime and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
