Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures that anticipate the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in predictive AI, quantum computing interfaces, and sustainable energy tech integration.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and optimize codebase efficiency to ensure zero downtime and maximum throughput.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
