Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 2D assets, characters, and environments using industry-standard software.
- Create fluid motion graphics and visual effects to enhance user interfaces and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and developers to ensure animations align with project requirements and technical constraints.
- Optimize animation files for web and mobile performance without sacrificing visual fidelity.
- Maintain a consistent artistic style across all project deliverables.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior animators within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Toon Boom Harmony.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and other principles of animation.
- Experience with rigging and character animation cycles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation styles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
