As a Senior 2D Animator, you will lead the visual direction for our high-profile clients, ensuring every frame delivers maximum impact and emotional resonance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Animation Production: Create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics that align with brand identity and project goals.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with art directors, storyboard artists, and developers to translate concepts into fluid motion.
- Technical Execution: Utilize industry-standard software (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe After Effects, Blender) to produce assets optimized for various platforms.
- Process Optimization: Develop and maintain efficient animation pipelines and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
- Client Collaboration: Present concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the final deliverable.
- Mentorship: Guide junior animators and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with 3D tools is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing character animation, background design, or motion graphics.
- Storytelling: Exceptional understanding of timing, spacing, and character performance to tell compelling stories.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative vision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical animation issues and find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
