Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-end 2D animations for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize animation concepts before production.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all motion projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced compositing, rigging, and animation skills.
- Experience with motion capture or 3D integration (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and video export codecs is highly desirable.
