Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Build immersive 2D web experiences using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL technologies.
- Animation Engineering: Develop complex, performant CSS animations and JavaScript-driven interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across all devices and browsers.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with product designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into responsive, functional code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Asset Management: Implement efficient asset loading strategies and handle image compression for optimal web performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web development, animation engineering, or UI design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Graphics: Proficiency in Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js, or PixiJS).
- Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating complex 2D animations, interactive visualizations, or high-end UI components.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex rendering issues and optimize heavy graphical assets.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
